Information Security Engineering


The Technology Integration Engineer will support the client and Implementation Team by focusing on timely and thorough setup of managed security platform monitoring services while serving as a senior member of the team.


  • Support implementation team and client with the setup process, kick-off meetings, project planning, and other activation tasks including troubleshooting with a dominant focus on reaching key milestones
  • Analyze log data to sufficiently determine parsing specifications for the Development team and provide quality assurance post-development
  • Provide specifications and guidance for custom analysis tools or newly supported products
  • Maintain internal and/or client-facing documentation as assigned
  • Work with team members to resolve issues and maintain high quality standards
  • Engage in continuous process improvement and quality control to strengthen all phases of service delivery
  • Perfect tools in collaboration with the Development and Technology team members
  • Other duties may be assigned


  • Two or more years experience in Information Security and/or technology engineering and support experience
  • Demonstrated experience in one or more of the following areas: networking, intrusion detection / prevention systems, firewalls, security event management
  • Preferred experience with Linux commands as well as applications such as tcpdump, syslog, and/or rsyslog
  • Ability to understand business needs, deadlines, and priorities, and apply security best practice to develop effective solutions
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Works well in a team environment and independently
