The Global Digital PR & Marketing Manager will have day to day responsibility for executing all aspects of NTT Security’s global PR and communications strategy. On a day to day basis you will collaborate with product marketing, the GTIC team, subject matter experts and spokespeople, Strategy & Insight team together with the wider NTT Group and  external agencies across the globe with the main goal of supporting the regional core marketing teams in building our brand to achieve our revenue and profitability targets   This position requires a commitment to innovation, an understanding of the cyber security marketplace,  as well as building and establishing strong relationships within all parts of the company and outside, which is vital to success. Clear, concise and consistent communication skills are a must. The ability to multi-task and prioritize while maintaining solid project management skills in a fast paced deadline oriented environment is a must.


  • Executing the global social media strategy – Linked In, Twitter, Blogs, etc. This includes some regional support
  • Maintain the global social media calendar and content bank
  • Develop ideas to improve NTT Security’s social media reach across the globe
  • Co-ordination of global PR campaigns
  • Co-ordination of global press releases and media coverage
  • Global PR, Social Media & Communications reporting including monitoring external social media by competitors, NTT Group, topics and trends
  • Maintain awards spreadsheet
  • Co-ordination of global video and webinar production
  • Management of global website content and support for regional sites as required
  • Management of global marketing SharePoint site and Yammer group
  • Support the core regional teams and GTIC as required
  • General research around events, awards, speaking opportunities, round tables, panel slots around the globe as directed
  • General research into global and regional trends, hot topics, background to thought leadership as directed
  • Support the Director, Global PR & Communications with ad hoc internal communication programs and events as directed


  • PR and/or Marketing experience
  • Good standard of English and good proof reading  skills
  • Experience in developing content, including blogs, bylines
  • Technically proficient Adobe, In Design, social media, Microsoft Office, SharePoint would be a plus
  • Proven technical social media skills usage, LinkedIn, Twitter, blogging, social media management tools
  • Cybersecurity market knowledge would be a plus
  • Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal, with attention to detail
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, with a desire to own projects from start to finish
  • Good project management skills and the ability to prioritise under tight deadlines
  • Creative and strategic approach to problem solving
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a global team
  • Thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
  • Periodic travel may be required
