As a member of the Global Human Resources team, collaborate and partner with colleagues throughout and beyond the HR organization to develop and deliver appropriate solutions to your key customer(s). As a member of the US Leadership Team, partner with senior leaders in the territory and develop, implement and drive a People strategy that proactively supports business growth and success, is aligned to the Global People strategy, and drives the culture and values of NTT Security (NTTS).

  • Working in partnership with the business leader and their team to develop and grow a scalable organization model that supports and delivers against the long term growth strategy of the business. Act as the architect that facilitates and drives the change necessary to support that growth
  • Identify medium/long term business challenges and needs, and translate them into commercially focused people strategies which support the delivery of the business strategy. Understand the growth cycle of the specific business area and develop/embed strategies to enable successful growth/change
  • Develop and grow leadership capability and effectiveness through challenging, coaching and mentoring business leaders on business and people issues to ensure they perform more effectively as leaders and as an overall business
  • Support, provide insight to and partner with HR Centers of Excellence to develop and drive:
    • The global talent acquisition strategy to ensure NTTS identifies, attracts, hires and retains the best talent in the market, using NTTS processes, systems and models to do so
    • The global talent management strategy to ensure NTTS provides the appropriate development interventions to drive growth, retention, capability, productivity and engagement at all levels to achieve business objectives
    • The global compensation and benefits strategy to ensure NTTS remains competitive, applies best practice and drives pay for performance across the organization implementing programs and initiatives from all CoE’s as appropriate
  • Promote and nurture a positive and open working environment that supports NTTS’ Values and provides the tools and framework that encourage open and effective employee communications and relations
  • Drive the development and use of analytics across all customer groups to support data-driven business decision-making and outcomes
  • Contribute as a valued and credible member of the Global Human Resources Team and US Leadership Team to ensure NTTS’ Values and Culture are delivered to support achievement of overall business strategy and objectives
  • Contribute to project activity on a country, functional, regional or Global basis, as required
  • Ensure that HR and compliance policies and practices (both local and Group-wide) are implemented, embedded and maintained as appropriate, e.g. Code of Conduct, Anti-Bribery, Security, etc.
  • Ensure fulfilment and maintenance of effective and compliant HR records, regulatory practices, data protection requirements etc. as necessary


Key Challenges:

  • Drive and pro-actively manage change within and across the organization, ensuring the identification of key stakeholders, core messaging, timing and implementation
  • Influence business leaders and managers to operate in a manner consistent with the Global People Strategy, whilst ensuring that local priorities are addressed and met
  • Participate in and manage the workforce planning process for your business area
  • Manage the balance between strategic elements of the role, driving operational excellence, and execution to ensure strong overall delivery
  • In partnership with key stakeholders, ensure leaders and business areas are compliant across all disciplines from a legal and employment law perspective
  • Support global HR initiatives while defining and agreeing adjustment for local market needs
  • Develop and drive analytics across the business

  • Objective and able to filter multiple opinions to steer the business towards the best decision or outcome
  • Seasoned HR professional with good track record of delivery of best in class HR in complex growth companies
  • Track record of designing and driving change and transformation in the business
  • Global or international company experience, and a global mindset
  • Strong technical HR competence across all disciplines (change management, talent management, performance management compensation and benefits, organization design and development, talent acquisition, employee relations, coaching, facilitating)
  • Technology sector and distinct advantage, and Security a benefit
